TCGA Member Courses are golf courses located in the counties of Broome, Chenango, Delaware, or Tioga who provide USGA/GHIN Handicap Index services. If your club is interested in providing USGA/GHIN Handicap services please contact handicapping@nysga.org for more information.
Note for 2026: As the TCGA works through progressive expansion to the West, we are expanding the eligible counties to include Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben for all events with the exception of the Harding Brooks Insurance Agency TCGA Amateur Championship.

Individuals who are not members or frequent players at a TCGA Member Course still have GHIN Handicap Services available through signing up for the TCGA eClub or NYSGA Southern Tier eClub, provided residency requirements are met.
Note: The cost of a USGA/GHIN Handicap Index through the TCGA eClub is:
