2023 TCGA Member Courses are golf courses located in the counties of Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, or Tioga that are members of the New York State Golf Association as defined by offering USGA GHIN Handicap services through their facility.
Individuals who are not members or frequent players at a TCGA Member Course still have GHIN Handicap Services available through signing up for the NYSGA eClub – Southern Tier ($45 or free for juniors) by clicking here.
